D.B. Yummers Baked Beans
(2) 15 ounce cans pork & beans, drained
1 slice uncooked bacon, chopped
6 Tblsp. Sweet & Smokey BBQ Sauce
2 Tblsp. Mildly Spicey BBQ Sauce
½ cup light brown sugar.

Combine above ingredients. (Can add chopped onions and/or green peppers if desired). Bake uncovered @ 350, stirring occasionally, for 30 – 45 minutes, or until temperature reaches 160 F.
 
  Quick & Easy D.B. Yummers Chili
1 lb. spicey ground sausage
1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. frozen chopped onion/green pepper mix
(1) 28 oz. can diced seasoned tomatoes
(1) 14 oz. can tomato paste
16 oz. Sweet & Smokey BBQ Sauce ( can mix in spicey to taste)
Spices: 3 tsp. salt; 3 tsp. chili powder; 2 tsp. ground cumin; 2 tsp. paprika;
1 tsp. garlic powder; 1 tsp. seasoned salt; ¼ tsp. ground pepper.

Brown sausage, ground beef, onions & peppers. Add tomatoes, tomato paste, BBQ Sauce, and spices.. (Beans can also be added, if desired). Simmer until hot through. Top with shredded cheese to serve.
 
  D.B. Yummers BBQ Pork (or Beef or Chicken)
Boston Butt Pork Roast (or Beef Chuck Roast or Chicken)
Seasoning salt & black pepper to taste.
D.B. Yummers Sweet & Smokey BBQ Sauce.

Season meat to taste and wrap in foil to retain juices. Place pan under meat in case of leaks in foil. Cook @ 300 degrees for 10-12 hours for 10-12 lbs. of meat. (Temperature should be @ 180 – 190 and then held for 1 – 2 hours). When removed from oven, meat should fall off of the bone. Remove any fat and bones. Shred meat and mix with generous amounts of BBQ sauce. Freezes well and can be reheated in microwave, if desired.
 
  D.B. Yummers Sloppy Bills
1 ½ lb. ground beef
½ cup frozen or fresh chopped onion
½ cup frozen or fresh chopped green pepper
½ cup finely chopped fresh mushrooms
1 ½ cups Sweet & Smokey BBQ Sauce
(can add mildly spicey, if desired)

Brown ground beef, onions, & green peppers. Drain off fat. Add mushrooms and BBQ Sauce. Simmer until hot.
 
  D.B. Yummers Sweet & Sour Chicken
4 precooked chicken breasts
(1) 8 oz. can sliced water chestnuts
(1) 24.5 oz. jar tropical fruit mix
1 lb. frozen mixed vegetables, such as stir fry blend
1 bottle Sweet & Smokey BBQ Sauce (can add spicey if desired)

Cut chicken breasts into bite size pieces. Combine all ingredients in crock pot. Heat on high until heated through, approximately two hours. Serve over rice.
 
  D.B. Yummers Oven-Baked Hot Wings
Chicken wings or ‘drummies’
Seasoning salt
D.B. Yummers BBQ Sauce, Sweet & Smokey or Mildly Spicey

Season wings with seasoning salt. Line cookie sheet or jelly roll pan with foil, turning up the foil to form a lip to catch any grease. Lightly oil foil. Place wings on covered cookie sheet. Bake @ 450 for 15 minutes on each side. Remove wings and place in casserole dish with BBQ sauce. Cover and bake @ 30 for 20-30 minutes, turning once.
 
  D.B. Yummers Easy No-Fail Ribs
Baby Back Ribs
Seasoning salt, black pepper, lemon pepper, garlic salt, hickory salt.
D.B. Yummers BBQ Sauce, Sweet & Smokey or Mildly Spicey

Season ribs to taste with spices. Place in heavy foil with four ice cubes. Seal foil to retain juices. Place pan under ribs to catch any leaks in foil. Bake @ 300 for five hours. Remove from foil and baste with BBQ Sauce. Serve, or return to oven for 10 minutes to glaze sauce before serving.
 
  D.B. Yummers No-Fuss Appetizers
Frozen, precooked meatballs, cocktail franks, etc.
D.B. Yummers BBQ Sauce, Sweet & Smokey or Mildly Spicey

Place frozen or thawed pre-cooked appetizers in crock pot with enough sauce to cover. Heat through – approximately two hours. Great for appetizers or sandwiches. Can also be micro waved instead for a fast snack!
